HDPE Valve Chambers
Manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) our Prefabricated HDPE Valve Chambers are an excellent option for a quick and easy installation on site.
Having the benefit of the Chamber being fully manufactured in our facility including the installation of materials such as the Valve, Spindle, Pedestal & Inter-lock. Site only need to lift the Chamber in the ground (using pre-installed lifting points) and connect the relevant pipework.

Valve Chambers are supplied with the following:
- Standard HDPE Base (Anti-flotation Base can be provided as an alternative if required).
- Extrusion welded stubs (plain ended) to connect site pipework.
- Factory fitted materials inc. Valve, Spindle, Pedestal & Inter-lock.
- Internal HDPE sloping floor - towards the chamber outlet.
- GRP H-Beam (removable) for grated cover support.
- GRP Grated Cover with HDPE surround.
Valve Chambers can be manufactured to any depth (up to 6m) in a choice of 20+ diameters ranging from 400mm to 3,500mm internal diameter.

By utilising off-site manufacturing, in a factory-controlled environment, installation tolerances can be minimised, and mass-production efficiencies can be realised.
HDPE Valve Chambers are typically delivered to site within 7-10 working days, from receipt of the required valve assemblies etc. and can be installed in a fraction of the time compared to traditional methods, potentially not requiring a concrete sub-base or surround for the chamber, further reducing time, cost and risk on site.
